Joy, Joy, Joy!

For those of us who knows what joy can do for our lives and who truly take it to heart we can truly push the panic button at times. We have joy, joy, joy in the mornings, noon, day-time, and sleep time but then comes that voice of uncertainty that causes us to shriek and panic. When this happens we can really be restful and assured that God can make it all better. He is our Father who truly give us a word every day.

He is the Word. So when our motion sickness or anxiety tries to take over we can just push it away and smile BIG. We know who is behind the happiness and joy that is so ever present. It is our Father who brings this joy and peace in us.

So there is that joy, joy, joy every day!

Waking Early!

We have all heard the saying about the early bird catching the worm, and boy isn’t that the truth.  When we are early for breakfast we get the best cup of coffee, when we are early for an appointment we get the best treatment, and when we are early in the department store we get the first glimpse of a sale.  Guess what?  When we are up early just to pray and give praises unto the Lord that is something which cannot be described with just one sentence.

When we are eager to get up to have our secret time with our Father; when we are up singing praises unto His name we feel a sense of heavenly peace in the atmosphere.  You’ve tried it, right?  Let me tell you, it’s awesome! He is awesome!!!

It’s a routine that you never quite get tired of.  Sort of like an obedient child.  They just want to be in your presence.  So I wake early and do my personal stuff, walk over to the stereo and turn on my favorite Christian station, singing softly in the background as I go on with my day.  When I dash off to the grocer because I work from home, there goes that same song in my vehicle.  When I return home and turn my doorknob the same song that was in my car is in my home.  What a routine, but a good one.  I hum and sing, and whatever I am facing or going through; that praise song to God reminds me that He has it all under control.

Try it, you might love it!

Something about that morning Praise!

The Word of God says in Psalm 5:3, “In the morning, O Lord, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait in expectation.” (NIV).  Yes, the Word says that we may wait in expectation and look up to God as we pray.  Looking up to God is a sign of expectation as we realize how big God is.  He is far above our reach or imagination but He sees us face to face.

When we come humbly before the Lord in prayer in the morning, He hears us.  We put Him first and before all.  Not only that but, we feel that God deserves our early praises, for He is God.  His hand is not shortened that He can’t save us.  We know that when we pray He hears the righteous.

The Word says that, He hears everyone when we pray in the morning, it’s something about our morning praises!  He deserves it all!!  Praises Be To God.

Arise, Be Wise

getty todayDaniel 12:3, “And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmanent; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.

Proverbs 4:7, “Wisdom is supreme, therefore get wisdom.  Though it cost all you have, get understanding.”  The Word says to get wisdom and understanding, and to minister the Gospel to everyone, to turn others to righteousness, and we shall all shine as the brightness of the firmanent.

We should all do our part, in our surroundings and beyond, to those who need our ministering, with love, to lead them to righteousness.

I will seek Him, early.

pink lala free

To see His power and Glory, I will seek Him, as I arise.  Before I have any meals, or any self satisfactions of the day.  I will seek the One who has given me life.

I’m thirsty, but He gives me water.  The waters of life, that flow within my soul.  Rivers of living waters…

He comes to rescue me, my Redeemer, and I see His power; His hand over my life.  I will continue to seek Him!

Hallelujah!  For the Lord God reigns.  Hallulajah means that we exclaim our praises to the Lord.  It is a worship conversation to our God.  We must shout or sing a song of praise to God.  “Jah” is a shortened form of saying, “Praise Yahweh”.  Praises are important.  Worship opens the doors to our days.  We have good and not so great days, but when we praise God early, something seems to open.  Doors open for us and most importantly the windows of Heaven opens.

In Daniel, Chapter 6 verses 10-11, we read how the windows opened toward heaven.  The Bible says that God will pour the blessings out of the windows of heaven.  James 1:17 says, “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from God.”  How do we receive from God in His abundance and how do the blessings continue to come?

Open your heart, pray and praise God to honor Him, give with an open hand, help others-do not keep all of God’s blessings for yourself, stay on your path, and continue to seek God.

Danies 6:10-11,

“Now when Daniel learned that the decree had been published, he went home to his upstairs room where the windows opened toward Jerusalem.  Three times a day he got down on his knees and prayed, giving thanks to his God, just as he had done before, 11. Then these men went as a group and found Daniel praying and asking God for help.” (NIV)

When you pray people will come to you in groups.  Not only that but the windows of heaven will open for you in due time.

Praise the name of the Lord.

Atmosphere, by Annette Jaco

A changing atmosphere, lives humanity.

Should be, with one eye seen.

One beauty, a mind, a place

where we dream.  No traces,

of crime, no projects, no time

to waste.  A hunger for God.

To know, prayer changes things.

Humanity arrives in the shining appearances.

World making it happen, a worldwide atmosphere.

Praises and Glory

The Word of God says in Ephesians 3:20, “Now unto Him that is able to do exceedingly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.”  Praise God for His Word, and He is, able to do exceedingly above all that we ask or think.  Amen.  It’s because of the power that works in us, the Word says.  That power is the power of God; the Holy Spirit.

Jesus said that He left us the comforter, which is the Holy Spirit.  Ephesians 3:21 says, “Unto Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout the ages,”.  All that deserves the glory every day, is our God.  He deserves all the glory forever.  So in all that we do and are able to do, it is because of His grace and we must be thankful and acknowledge our Creator.  Amen.  Glorify Him.  Praise Him.  Magnify Him.
